Jennifer Partridge has formal training and years of experience working with children of all ages and developmental needs. She received her bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders with a minor in Autism from Southeast Missouri State University and then proceeded to get her master’s degree in Communication Disorders from Southeast Missouri State University. In addition to her formal training, she has been a foster parent to 16 children and has three children.
Jacob Partridge has been a licensed speech-language pathologist since 2013. During that time, Jacob has had the pleasure of working with children and adults ranging in age from 12 months to 64 years of age. He has served individuals with disabilities in public schools, outpatient rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, client homes, and in the community.
Mary Hadler, OTR/L is a compassionate and experienced pediatric occupational therapist with over four years of clinical practice in both school-based and outpatient settings. She is a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS) with a broad scope of expertise that includes feeding therapy, primitive reflex integration, functional oculomotor skill development, and toileting and potty training interventions. Mary has worked extensively with children diagnosed with Down Syndrome, Autism, and a range of musculoskeletal disorders, tailoring therapy to support each child’s unique sensory, motor, and developmental needs. Her holistic, child-centered approach prioritizes functional progress and family collaboration to help children thrive in daily routines, play, and learning environments.
Lillian is a certified Speech-Language Pathologist with over four years of specialized experience in pediatric communication disorders. She graduated with a masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from Southeast Missouri State University in 2020. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). She is passionate about supporting children and their families through evidence-based, individualized care using a child-led, play-based learning approach that fosters engagement, curiosity, and confidence.
She specializes in the assessment and treatment of speech sound disorders, language delays, literacy development, fluency disorders, hearing loss, and autism. She is known for her collaborative child-led approach, working closely with families, educators and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive environments that foster communication growth.
With a strong commitment to continuing education, Lilllian integrates the latest research and techniques into her therapy, helping children build confidence and essential skills for lifelong success.
